In 2007, our company completed a project to create feedback kiosks for Domodedovo AVK.

With the help of touch kiosks installed in the airport hall, user feedback will be collected on the quality of work of various services at Domodedovo Aviation Complex.

From the very first day of the operation of feedback kiosks, the administration of Domodedovo Airlines began to receive messages from passengers and visitors. It is worth noting that the use of these kiosks turned out to be extremely effective - many people are willing to share their opinions on the quality of the services provided, as they say, without leaving the cash desk.

Usability of kiosks of AVK Domodedovo

The feedback kiosk interface is specially designed for the touch screen. Working with the interface does not require preliminary user preparation and reading instructions.

During development, the interface prototype passed the usability testing procedure. This allowed us to create an interface designed for a wide user audience. As a result, one look at the interface allows people to immediately understand what it serves for.

Kiosk Interface Design

The design of the interface is made in strict accordance with the corporate identity of AVK Domodedovo. Large and contrasting controls emphasize the convenience of the touch interface.

To attract passengers and visitors, a small animated video is displayed at the top of the screen in standby mode.

Kiosk Content Management

Feedback kiosks AVK "Domodedovo" work online. Touch kiosks receive all the data necessary for the interface to work from the local server.

To update the data of touch kiosks and promptly receive reports on incoming messages, our company has developed a special administration system.
